Our house is located in the Schwarzach river valley (nature reserve) without any major traffic.
There are several stores nearby like a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and other facilities.
From our house it is just a 6 minute walk to the train station Ochenbruck and the train travels within 15 minutes to all major attractions within central Nueremberg.
